| Naynay 2007-01-30 ch 1, | Ooh this is my new favorite beginning series. I love how at first we see Captain Patriot through Josh`s POV and he seemed like a cliched idiot superhero, like the Prince in Happily Never After, but after following him back home he`s fleshed out and it`s explained why he seems like such a tool. The interaction with his dad making the costume and pulling him into a headlock with him not minding is really sweet. Fave line: "there were days when he wished he looked a little less like an ad for white supremacy and more like his old man." Can`t wait for the next chapter. |
