we're a generation of pill poppers,
(they don't know how else to deal with the mistakes they've created), candy, candy, candy covered happiness.

that is so cutting, i love it. i got a really strong image from this, like maybe a girlfriend outwardly all supportive but really tired of her manic depressive boyfriend & too guilty to leave... it's so blase, the tone, seen it all before.
