| Femme de Dieu 2007-01-30 ch 1, | I adore your author's notes... they add so much to your work. I wish more people would do that. (although, i know i don't submit to the practice myself very often) The piece was gorgeous, as always. Can picture the little moonchild in her bubble gazing at the stars just beyond her grasp. Such a fine metaphor for life in general, and all the loves and lovers we can't attain. Do you not wonder at times why we were made to be ABLE to love more than one, yet UNable to HAVE more than one? (unless, of course, you live in Salt Lake City! haha) But your a/n... as I said, adorable. I feel the same. It's insulting to be treated as if you don't have a clue, when you probably know more than they do already. But then again, there is something to be said for critical reviewing in the name of improvement. Me? I usually bristle at first, and then calm myself and try to give some unemotional thought (a real feat in my mind) to what was said, to see if it has any credibility. Okies, I'm off... I KNOW I don't have time to read the rest of your stuff today... but will try to get to it later. Now I know WHY your left wrist was balking... *grins* Truly... |
