awesome story, lovable characters. Sid is just so sweet, and Nico's beyond cute. Not to mention Pixie, he's my favourite by far.

But I think I'm going to stay away from the sequel, as much as I love your writing and this story. I love my happy endings, thank you very much, and I really don't want to see Sid going through what Cassidy has been and probably still is.

I know it was suppose to be sad, but this line made me laugh:

I'm so twisted. Anyhow, I'm glad Sid came back for thanksgiving and so did Cassidy and though I'm happy for him and Sid, who is the other guy he might like? Is it Sid or Nico?

Gustav died? Seriously! How miserable, poor Sid. And finding out about Anna was heartbreaking...these few chapters have been so conflicting. You wanna feel good that Cassidy is staying clean and faithful to Pixie and that Nico got a job but not at the expense of Sid's happiness. On the plus side, they're connecting

I really like this chapter, mostly because of the scene with the crazy deaf lady and Sid, but also because you see different sides of Sid the most in this one and I love each and every single side honestly. He’s the best character you’ve ever written and you’ve written a lot of characters but he is especially profound and I can see him making anyone capable of loving him. Also, I really like all their crazy little friends although I’m not sure if you want us to like Tweak He’s standing in the way of Nico and Sid right now but since I’m getting an honest friend vibe here, I don’t mind it really. But it’s so different from Iggy and Aerik because they “claimed” they loved each other and though they were cute, I didn’t really buy it but I can see those two loving each other, honestly.

This was one of my favorite lines: “I do, I just don’t brag about it like I should.” Sid said quietly, grabbing his things for the show. (Then he turns around and says he fucks Nico every day haha) It just made him so much hotter—if that’s possible—and his honesty and quirkiness just makes him such an incredible person. His heart makes it so easy to tolerate his quirks, I think, and Nico does a great job of it. Nico is so sweet too. I feel so bad for him. He’s been through a lot and that’s just judging from the few flashbacks you’ve shown. Another thing I liked was they didn’t all start gay…it makes it special and realistic cause not all pretty, scene kids go that way. The chapter ending was sad, poor Sid.. But I can’t wait to see prey for plagues get on. He’s supposed to be like Oliver Sykes, right? The name comes from a song…anyhow, Sid’s gonna be good.

I can’t believe Nico has to ask what’s so great with Sid! He IS sid. Gosh! Haha. He should’ve told him he was beautiful to his face than later. Sid deserved the approval. He’s so cute when he’s jealous. Nico’s kinda being mean though. He didn’t let Sid have some of his food but Tweak can? The herpes comment was funny though and Milo’s alien joke was hilarious! SO I’m guessing Sid is related to Oli Sykes? Interesting…..I wanna see how that plays out. And also, I can’t believe I haven’t said anything on this yet, but I LOVE SID when he’s ranting on with or about Gustav. It’s the cutest thing EVER! Seriously….Sid is so weird. So frigging adorable. (He’s giving me the cold shell. Lol.) He says the darnest things.

I’m on Chapter twenty two.

I feel for Pixie a lot in his relationship. It’s hard to understand why he sticks around because he’s hurting himself, yet I get it. I wouldn’t leave someone I cared about alone on the streets and….him and Cassidy make me so sad. It sucks Tweak had to turn out the way he did…how could ANYONE want to hurt Nico? Or any character in the story? They’re so unbelievable and amazing! I love the dialogue in this fic…it’s what makes all your works original, but especially in this one. So addictive. I’m glad Nico is off the road from Tweak and him and Sid are reconnecting. Sid is great for him. Where do you get your muse from? Do any of these guys exist seriously? And where can I meet them? Lol. If they don’t, you’re a very creative person.
And I like all the songs you include. I know most of them and those that I don’t I look up. When Nico didn’t get the “I’ve got plans to put my hands in places I’ve never seen girl you know what I mean” I was so excited because I knew that it was Usher. He has a wide range of taste in music, that Sid. Something you don’t see many scene kids doing or appreciating. I like it.

Well all this is random. I’ll come back and finish this later. LOVE this story and can’t wait to get to the sequel.

Sid and his friends have got to be the weirdest people I've ever met but I love them so far and Nico is so cute. Poor sould, but he really knows how to deal with them. Hope they meet up realy soon. You really have a way with this kind of writting style, Holly. Loved Will we last and this is ten times better, guarenteed

What the hell can I do with 10,0 characters, I wonder...

Okay enough of my stupidity. This was absolutely one of the most bloody amazing things I've read on this place - and that's really saying something, because I've probably read every slash fic on here (besides yours, which I've only just discovered) once or twice in my few years. It was so very refreshing, being based right off on a seedier, grittier brand of things than most slash is these days; I mean for goodness sakes you threw the reader right into the heart of the Cali scene with hookers and pimps and EPIC drug usage and... I mean, I was hooked from the start, simply because it was so delightfully different. You truly do have a way with tales, m'dear; throw believable characters, realistic sex and a perspective on drugs that comes from someone who obviously knows (heheheh) what they're talking about, into a crossroads between la scène et le souterrain (the scene and the underground), then add to that the most amazingly hardcore characters (Pixie Stix and Aaronn being the MOST hxc in my humblest of opinions), and you have a fucking rockin' story.

So yeah. You have a fucking rockin' story. Applause.

I can't give too much in the way of constructive criticism for a fic that's already been finished, but I will give you a few notes...

The biggest thing that irked me throughout this piece was the grammar. I think I only saw one or two semicolons in thirty-two chapters, where you had, oh, two hundred or so places that you could have and should have used them, yeah? On that note, though, I know it takes a while to grasp the stupid motherfucking rules on semicolons (it took me a few years at least), so that's not a huge deal, but still, it's something that if you were to improve upon, would bring your writing to the next level. And cut down on your comma usage. Dem tings'll str8 up fuck yo ass up, mon. >.> Sorry, couldn't help myself there.

Along with the comma-semicolon thing, there were just a few spots here and there where I think you left out a word or two... but those were your only typos, and kudos on that! I saw like, no misspelled words (or if I did they were minor and I've forgotten them), and those usually greatly outnumber all other mistakes. Just be sure to let yourself glance back at a section once you've finished it to make sure that all your thoughts made it from your head to the screen like you meant for them to. 's what I do, because my brain is worse than the fuckin' subway terminals in San Fran, y'know? (And that's when I'm in a straight edge mood, LOL...)

Onto your characters.

One word: fuckin' wow. (Okay, so it was two, bite me.)

It's been a while since I've seen a cast of characters this believable in such an easy setting in which to have UNbelievable characters. I mean for god's sake, the scene can be fucked up SO bad - portray the char's wrong and they turn into straight-up goths or punks or emofaces or something totally un-scene, but you stuck to it. You stuck to it BEAUTIFULLY, might I add. Or course I found myself wondering "Why the fuck haven't I found a massive scene like this? Where the fuck ARE they?" But then I realize hey, that's out in Cali, and I'm on the boring fucking east coast. BUT ANYWAYS... I digress. (Grand central station, I tell ya.) You even had a prostitute that was believable, and OH EM GEE, he WASN'T a sex maniac. FUCKING BRAVO for that! I was so undeniably pleased by that whole facet of his personality. Speaking of facets, the cast was all multifaceted, and that shows true authorial talent. Liek, fo' srs. I can usually pick out a favorite and least favorite character with the stories I read, too, but... here, I'm in love with all of them. Sid Vicious (hella rockin' name) and Nico are obviously the ones we're supposed to love the most, and I guess I kinda do, begrudgingly... I just... le sigh, I love zem all. Everybody had issues, and they all dealt with them (or didn't deal with them) in ways that hey, REAL PEOPLE do.

In a word, I was just blown away by the cast.

And the plot.

And your sense of sarcasm, lol.

Sorry for the review of epic proportions... I hope you've got something that's an ongoing WIP, because I would simply love to either str8^ beta or just help proofread or just be a part of something that I get to see while it's still being written. Call me corny but I just think that's cool. (And you'll get to see my epic reviews for like, every chapter, which is what I do with ongoing stories. Finished ones that I discover like this just get the umbrella one at the end, lol.)

I almost ALMOST forgot to review cause I was hooked up on the pictures you linked in your profile. Okay, first of all I want to say that I love stories that make me want to cry. And Sid Vicious made me bawl. I don't mean bad crying but the crying you get when you get really emotional. The ups and downs of this story pulled so much emotion out of me. It kind of sounds weird but I got that burning sensation people get in their chest, you know? And maybe I'm being masochistic but I love that feeling. The relationships, especially at their all-time low, got that feeling out of me and I was riding a whole new different kind of high.

Anyways, I was tempted to stop the story, the drugs part of the story really got to me. But I kept on reading and I don't regret it. However, I love the idea of Sid and Nico all happy together so I'm not sure if I want to read the sequel. (I probably will, but on another day.)

So basically, I LOVED LOVED LOVED reading Sid Vicious. And I have to say, all your characters are hot Hot HOTT! lol so props to you! >.

But I really liked it, and I'm glad they finally ended up together. It's been a lovely story, and I finally finished it after...forever.
