Oh wow, what a story! It was tense and heart-stopping in places, but also soft and caring, especially the ending. Absolutely beautiful! I loved it! Very very well done.

You already know I love this story, and the whole series.

A great, very tense battle between Mith and Kandaar and the Queen. Violent and dramatic, yet with a personal side in the love and trust between the guys. The outcome makes perfect sense (and I like the additions you made). Very visual; I could really picture the scene in my mind.

And the last parts - sweet and hot, and a fittingly thoughtful end. I'm sorry that it's over, but looking forward to a few 'missing scenes'.

Again, I'm awed by your use of slightly archaic language that fits this setting perfectly!

Your description of Queen Deshaara is both vivid and chilling, just enough to bring her to life but not getting into unneeded details. She's really the kind of pure evil but fascinating villian that you love to hate! And I'm glad Kandaar isn't sitting around like a helpless damsel waiting for rescue - his escape attempt is very suspenseful. Mith's journey seems kind of epic, a descent into hell to find his lover and bring them out.

And of course I think Mith made the right, heroic choice towards the end - great chapter!

Oh wow! Incredible first chapter. Already this is shaping up to be as good as its predecessors! Looking forward to more!

A wonderful beginning to another epic! I loved the sweetness of the beginning - and the transition to action and suspense. All of it is a great setup for a great new adventure.
