Reviews For: The Mother
May Elizabeth 2009-04-18 . chapter 1
This is sad and poignant. I know how you feel. Brightest blessings.

While this is a good poem on its own, I don't think it fits too well with the other two in the 'series' of the Triple Goddess. In the other two, you talked about the attributes and characteristics of that aspect of the Triple Goddess, whereas this poem is more of a plea for help and understanding. I find this to be more of a prayer than an homage, really. Maybe consider adding more about the Mother into this, rather than just how it is with you 'speaking' to her.

It is a good poem, though. I hope you don't think otherwise because of my review!

Wow once again I loved your poetry. I felt kind of sad when reading this poem though I don't know why. Perhaps I feel that I'm one of those who has forgotten about the Goddess. Anyways keep it up.

Wow, when I read this I wasn't sure whether it was about a goddess or Mary (not a bad thing). I think "lofty heights" was what through me, when I always think of Gaia (my goddess) being around us... but still a good poem, with some interesting questions "can you remember when your were worshipped?"

Anyway, I liked it.
