Okay, I can see Naruto resemblance (it's not hard to spot), but the Xiaolin Showdown only after you wrote it (I didn't like that show too much, so maybe that's why it didn't came to my mind).
The story itself is quite intriguing, though having a four-man team of just two families isn't exactly of my liking (a little more variety would be better seen for me, but that's just personal preferance I suppose).
And element using is always a nice idea (my main story has a character who controls fire... I know, I know :D), so that gets a plus from me.
Overall I believe this has potencial and I'll keep my eye out for it. Nice work.
