As I read it I sort of heard it sung to a John Mayer song (stop this train). I usually pick a fav line, but really the entirety of the chorus and bridge were my favs. Amazing.

The bridge was my favorite part, especially when you finally incorporated the title into the song. So gorgeous. Wonderful job. Keep writing! :)

Unless it's one of Maddy's friends because it kinda seems like Claire wouldn't dedicate... anything...
