Yeah, sort of offence. I have tourette syndrome and have been trying everything to get people to understand that tourette's isn't some disorder that makes people swear (only 5% of all people with this disorder do that). And also there's no such thing as emotional tourette's. Tourette's in no way effects a persons personality.

But despite that, I think you're a pretty good writer. It flowed really well. Keep writing... just if you do it about tourette's, make it true.

I was going to read 'Free Fallin', but I wanted to look into this first, because it's significantly shorter and not nearly as much of an investment. (Also, in your profile, you ask if there are any male writers here. I'm one of them.)

But anyway, this didn't tell me much of your writing style, but it was still damn entertaining. I think I'll go look at your other stuff now.
