This was good. I read it once and then I thought it lacked description. But then I read it once more and it read brilliantly. It's simplistic, but the message is complex. Definitely good work.

the summary pulled me in. instantly.

and i love every thing about this. the way the words flow and roll off my tongue when i read it allowed. and for some reason, i can relate to this so much and my heart aches reading this. it reminds me of her.

you help them up and give them support, but once they can stand on their own they run from you, desert you. this is very good. I love the third and fourth stanzas. They're very beautiful. You have a nice style-- very clear and straightforward which is really kind of cool. Sometimes I'll read other poems about the same thing and the lines are full of these beautiful-sounding metaphors and similes but I don't really know what they're going on about all the time. *laughs* Anyway, I really like this.
