I don't see a problem in this poem.

My guess is that each pair (or line) are like little "pieces"; complete puzzle pieces, that then fit into "one" with the frame that the ending makes.

I like the 'fitting' old-fashioned reference to "gloves", the double meaning sparks pure images in my mind. ;)

That's pretty cool. I really liked the ending. It's a pitty the formating didn't work, it was a little bit distracting with \par at the end of each line.
