this was really good. it's sort of ironic, but my friend and i were just discussing the things people tell you, the pretty little lies. sometimes i wish we could believe them, even for a little while.

ugh, dark ponderings. anyway, nice poem. all your stuff is so well written.

Strikingly bitter. I like how there is no punctuation, it lets the reader read the poem at their own pace. I also like how you put certain words on separate lines.
