O M G. I didn't know anyone else started screaming about living in cardboard boxes! When ever things go down hill around our house I start announcing we're all going to live in a cardboard box and will my husband still love me then please. I laughed so hard to see the almost exact scenario in this story. I've even did it last week over a deadline too...it's was eeriely deja vu.

I think this is probably one of the cutest things you've written to date about these characters. I like the part where Michael has to drag Paul upstairs just to get him to sleep for a while, despite the kicking and screaming all the way. The kids just make it better, what with their own small reactions to the jokes and metaphors that their fathers use towards them and each other. Too cute
