I'm not quite sure I follow this. The beginning seems very sexual to me, and then there's a bit of a marriage reference later on, but the last half is chockful of longing, followed with "you aren't one of them," a bit of a painful line. And yet, it ends on a rather optimistic note. I don't know what to make of it.
