Wow this was so depressing but I liked it. Science can be like this though and sometimes you do have scientists that lose themselves in their research. Its sad I realize but you capture a mourning man's thoughts and feelings in a simple way and made this an excellent one-shot. Very good.

That was intense. I loved the second paragraph of the story. You completely captured my mind there for the entire length of this. It was really, really good. And mysterious. Really great job!

That was ... scary? Disturbing? Both good words to use. Great story, it made me think, which is always nice!
