Excellent story. Wonderful plot, good characters, supenseful and mysterious. You kept me hooked in until your powerful conclusion. I liked it a lot, especially the small triangle you have going with Rose, Rent and Parker. JJ was funny.

Well...

I like it. I admit, at the end of the chapter, I gasped. I kind of figured that would be the 'punishment' if someone didn't go through with the act of killing the person on their piece of paper, but still. I can just imagine Rent in a cold and indifferent tone saying that last line as well. He's my favorite. I like his attitude, at least thus far.

Anyway, nice job. Hope there is an update soon.
