| Sarcastic Presence 2007-03-21 ch 1,  | Whoa. Awesome, awesome poem. Really speaks to my heart, actually, because I could relate to the first line as of late. "New days give little to no joy." I thought this line was a little weird at first, but I understand it now. Odd how my brain randomly shuts off when reading... "Red roses turned black and grey." That's such a sad image, fitting for this poem. "A smile catches his lips While falling away it learns to fly." Hmm... I'm still trying to decipher exactly what this means, but I mean that in a good way. Awesome poem. |
