Very good. i can tell that you don't like the Great Elizabeth. I personally do not like Mary Queen of Scots because she was basically a nutcase, but it was wondeful storytelling. you are extremely well at writing character's emotions. So, I would love to read more stories from you.

Nice, concise sketch of what might have been going through Mary's mind. :) By the way, have you ever seen the "Elizabeth R" series with Glenda Jackson? A whole section of it is devoted to the Mary-Elizabeth conflict, in case you're interested.
