This is the first thing I've read today, which is usually a sucky one, but actually, I enjoyed this one. =) There were a couple of grammar mistakes, but I'm sure a simple re-read can fix those. As for whether or not this should be continued, I think it'd be best to keep it a one-shot; I feel like there's no where else this story could go, so leaving it there is a good choice for you. =)
