Reviews For: The Objectivism of Depression
Ryan Vicksell 2007-07-14 . chapter 1
I admit being unfamiliar with Ayn Rand, but as someone who has had serious depression problems in the past, all I can say is: "What?" I find it interesting that this seems to be attempting to find a more logical conclusion about depression, while my own experiences led me to loathe logic and become a far more emotional person then before. I cant claim to be like everyone, but this really dosen't make sense to me. Perhaps that is good, perhaps it is bad. I am unsure.

I wrote an essay this year for the Athem contest. Rand's book is interesting, and I plan to read Fountainhead and compete in that essay as well. I love your use of anthesis/parallel structure. I like your ending as well. I disagree with Rand's philosphy. Try to work it into paragraphs.

Ayn Rand and this essay indeed share something in common: they are both laughable.
