I love the structure of this poem. It looks great visually, but doesn't sacrifice the content at all. It also creates a strong feeling of the sense of being "burried" that you present at the beginning.

Self-loathing.]
I loved those lines. The way you give self-loathing a physical state is very creative, particularly in the way you combine it with tears.

You know those internet ads they have at the bottom of stories? Well, underneath yours there was one for teenage depression, I thought it was ironic considering the subject matter of the poem! Anyways, I loved this. Keep it up!
