Very, very good considering they are journal entries. I like to believe that non-fictional real journals can make for good reading too - in fact sometimes better than usual reading - because they're extremly honest and getting right to the point. I enjoyed reading your ideas; I can relate, and I think that's important in writing. Good good good. :)
