Its a nice story. However I dont like mr. LArk, on a personal level, because I've had too much experiance with people like that.
Its well done. I like the retoric. But its predictable. Thats how it had to end. And rightly so, or else we would be sad.

Great story! It's pretty long for a one-shot, you could probably split it into chapters. Its very well written, but one thing, the time isn't specific. I got clues from Lindsey that it was a modern time, but there was also that indeniable feeling that it is a fairy-tale sort of time. I would try to clear that up.
