Outside of some spelling errors, this is a pretty nice poem. You do seem to follow some familiar metaphors and I must say that this isn't incredibly original. Don't get me wrong; this is a great read and has some really heartfelt moments, especially in the middle. Try to elaborate the imagery a bit more; don't just say the leaves are floating. What do they look like? Regardless, this was a great read. Very good job.
