I do not think you will ever beable to catch the true pain and fear that the people felt. But this would probably be the clostest that will aver be written about the horrible event. YOur poem is just as good as the last one and it seems you only improve. Please keep going.

This was a good poem. It's hard to fully understand the emotions that anyone who has survived a school shooting feels, but you can imagine. I think you do a good job of trying to capture some of that here. I think we'll see a lot of these types of poems in the aftermath of the Virginia Tech shootings. It's a horrible type of tragedy and you can't even fathom what would make someone so angry that they could just kill people like that.
