poisonous 4/24/07 . chapter 1wow. i read this whole thing and it seems like a summary of things i've experienced. it's funny how quick your life can change. you can go from being a chubby little nobody to a beautiful mystery and suddenly you get fueled by the attention and fall into a pit of deceit and lust. damn. i hated it and loved it and your poems were amazing in capturing the manic side of the teenage wasteland. well done. :) |
i'll ask the stars above 4/19/07 . chapter 6very relateable. yeah. fucking boys. by any chance, are you a member of SG, on runboard? nice work. |
Anonymous 4/19/07 . chapter 5 Okay. I think what you were aiming for was brevity and boldness and getting straight to the point. That's fine. I love that sort of poetry. It's not working for this though. Aesthetically, it's choppy and a little bland. Content-wise, there's a lot to work with here. The topic gives this series so much potential. You know what I mean? Brevity is the soul of wit, but when it's this bare, it's just boring. I hope you don't take this the wrong way; I do think this has a lot of potential. |
