It never occurred to me how you would feel. I was selfish, and stupid, and the pain inside was so bad that the pain outside made me feel better.

I didn't listen; you're right. I listened to the pain, letting it seduce me, letting it tell me lies, gritting my teeth and relishing the pain. And all that accomplished was making you hurt.

ANYWAY! This was really sad, but I know how you feel. My sister suffers from some sort of depression (I just know she does) and sometimes I feel so helpless and like such a terrible person, because I love her but can't protect her from herself. Anway, great job, it was good.
