Wow. This is very vivid and very sharp. I like how it goes from sort of good things and then starts to move towards the bad things. Everything is wonderfully described in a very intense way. I like the line "agony, agony and rivulets of satly tears on their dry, sore faces" because it's very visual and... painful, I suppose. Everything here is conveyed wonderfull. Great job.
