I know what your talking about. Sad and nice poem.

i read this and although I didn't realize what it was about till the end, i agreed that it is sad but true how we really never appreciate our life, family and friends until tragedy strikes.
I wanted to comment on the beginning as well" 32 lives cut short 32 stories that didn't end ... " you have it all on one line and i think you meant to have the *32 stories..* start on the next line.
I don't know what else to say here, I have never written poetry and not sure I'm critiquing right.
