The flow was so perfect, it nearly killed me! As for what it means, I'm lost, too, but I love many of the phrases in this, such as: "all that you are is a moment
all that you see is a dream
touch it and know that it’s in you
to lift up and break every seam"

and

"always remember the darkness
that stretches between every star"

your right, i dont get it at all. but, it has great discription and iamgery, great flow and sounds nice. just...whats it about? good piece.

This is a beutiful poem. Not knowing what a poem is about until sometime after happens to me a lot. It's usually other people who interpret them for me. Yeah, nice poem, keep writing. =]
