This doesn't just have to be about England. Hell, it's not much different where I live in Canada. Went from second place on the UN list of best countries to live in to seventh place in approximately a decade, and still going down.

But heck, what does one do?

Anyway, I liked the rhyme scheme even though it was a little choppy. Actually I think that's WHY I like it; the patterns fits the subject. The entire poem seems very honest.

This poem aptly describes the United States and probably many other nations as well. It is truly sad the state we are living in these days.
