Wonderful writting. I really is like ready a little girl's diary; no punctuation, no capitalization, missing words, it's just so authentic. The story itself is well paced and keeps me interested. I like that the story is not all sad, Philip definitely brings a little hope to the tale and I appreciate that. It's easy for people to write sad tragedy stories, but to write one that starts off so terrifying and transition into a hopeful tale of healing is just beautiful.

Aw, it's finally getting a bit more happier. I especially like the detail on 'fillup'- that was very realistic and clever. I'm also wondering why her dad didn't want her at school? Over here in Britian, social services come if you don't send your child to school. Is that what happened in the story?

This is a really sad and sweet piece. Is Mercy's father dead in a car crash? I bloody hope so. He sounds like a right nasty piece of work.
