That's awful! Have you heard from him yet, or is he still an **? Grr... people like that make me mad. I had several situations like that once.

I had a crush on this guy that was two years older than me, a junior in high school at the time, and he was popular. He was in love enough with himself for the both of us. Sadly I didn't notice at the time. So I asked him to a couple movies. The third time I asked I called him on the phone, stuttered, interrupted, and made a complete fool of myself before he said yes. I danced around and grinned like crazy. The next day I went to the movie and he was supposed to call me when he got there. I waited, waited, and nothing. The next day he was online so I asked him why he didn't come, if any emergency had happened or something. Any reason as to why he didn't show?

He said that he FELT like going to the high school VOLLEYBALL GAME that just happened to be on the same day. He didn't FEEL like calling me to tell me he wasn't coming. Him and his damn feelings.

Yeah, so that's my story. Argh.

But yeah, this was very sad, and you did a nice job writing it. I feel like it's always kind of hard turning reality into a flowing story. Looking forward to reading your other work.
