Marvelous, boss! Simply Mar-veh-lous! The repetition is quite welcomed here, as it doesn't seem the least bit overdone. One line did break the metre, though:

"In a fragile, frail voice"

simply because the second adjective was only a single syllable and all of the other ones in the poem, if I'm not mistaken, had two.
