half-sketched.staccatos 2007-05-21 . chapter 1"The words slicing into/My very soul/Harsher than the blade could have done."
That was a beautiful comparrision (sp?). It was so sad and so telling.
An awesome line (simple but, according to me, one of the best in the poem) is that personification towards the end: "From where it smiles" -- talking about the knife. I love that line the best, I think, because it just sent shivers down my spine to think of a knife like that. Smiling.
*shudder*
Anyway, awesome poem. I liked how it told a story within it. Cool. And nice ending, too. LoL. I can't have enough praises for this one!

stillwatersxo 2007-05-21 . chapter 1Wow, that was...I'd say deep, but I don't think that's the word I'm looking for. And "interesting" is too fake. It was real. It was good. Well written. I could imagine every part of it. Very, very good.
