Wow, I can totally picture this being a rock song. If it had music to it, I would definitely sing along with this one. I also think that the message behind this song can be well understood by anyone, from any walk of life. Love it :).

Before I tell you my thoughts about the poem, I'd like to suggest you ammend your comment. While I respect whatever you believe in, I don't think it's appropriate to write "we as Christians" on a general, international website that plays host to many religions, or lack of. I understand what you mean by it, but I don't think this is the proper phrasing for what you want to say. I'd just suggest rephrasing it, or perhaps leaving it out. The song is quite good, and I felt the comment was a bit unnecessary and redundant anyways (don't explain the poem/song... If I didn't understand it, then you need to work on it. If I did understand it, there's no need to explain it... again). Anyways, just a thought.

Now, onto the actual song. I would personally be interested to hear it sung. I'm not sure I hear it as hard rock (normal rock - yes, but it's the "hard" that isn't working in my head...), but I hear music to it, which is good. There's flow without it being too pretentious or silly, and there's a good sort of rhythm. It's really good. While you overuse the word "stand" in the "You want her to take a stand" part, overall it's good.

Once again, a great song! You're good at writing rock songs! I really liked the message! It's something everyone can understand, someway. Great job! This will go in my favorites!
