So, I'm not usually one to read poetry, but I enjoyed "The Raven" very much, so I thought I'd go ahead and give this a read. I really enjoyed it, very good word choice and basically just a great poem! Good work!

very nice i like this. i love the raven so its good to see someone use it as inspiration and make something of there own.

Wonderful old world feel. I like the rhyme scheme immensely, except for the very end, where it deviates. It sticks out a bit.

I had to look up nympholept, and then in turn, nympholepsy. : D

I learned a new word.

Nifty!

I do see striking similarities between it and The Raven.

Especially the presence of a raven. Ha, ha!

Irony can make terrible things funny. I don't like reading books about death, but I guess I'd find one about ironic deaths hysterical. Yikes.

Only one error I spotted at the bottom: bringing my error to my attnetion.

Which is another ironic thing that brings hilarity to my dull life.

Nice! I like this one. The emotions are portrayed well, and good use of vocabulary too. Although, I'm a little lost on the concept. Maybe I should read "The Raven" =)

First of all... It looks more like ABAA to me :P However, other than that little nit-picky thing I just pointed out... It's absolutely lovely! I adore the use of words, the beautiful imagery, and the story-like setting of the poem. Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous! It's been quite a while since I've seen such extremely well written, well thought out poetry. You have done Poe proud, I think :)
