99luftbalons 2008-04-23 . chapter 1That's happened to me before. I really wish there was a way for people to hear you say it so they could figure out the difference between sarcasm and complements. I had once told someone that I liked their story and they blew up at me. |
Basara 2007-05-27 . chapter 1agree... well, i have some of those 'criticisms' in some of my reviews also... well, just ignore it...
nice... |
McQuinn 2007-05-25 . chapter 1Okay, may I be slightly impolite for just a second? I swear it'll be worth your while in the end. :p
Here it is: When I read the summer, I first thought that you were a writer who was **' about constructive criticism. Then I took a look at your profile and the review that you received...
And here's the more polite part: I'm so sorry for thinking the way that I did. Flames suck **, and you should just ignore them and that reviewer. But this is not a matter of politeness. The person that flamed you has a problem. And the problem is that he/she is an utter **. End of story.
Anyway, I liked the haiku. I thought the reaction to that kind of review would be more violent and "huzzah" but it wasn't. You kept your cool, and that's awesome. :)
Agreeing with you that polite is still cool,

NekoKaji 2007-05-25 . chapter 1Sir/Missus... I do believe I love you. What a great anthem for those of us who have been in your situation before, having their kind words and constructive criticisms misconstrued into something worthy of a tongue lashing. I like it. Simple and to the point. Lovely. Great job :) |
 Elegant Raven 2007-05-25 . chapter 1Interesting...
This is more of a statment then anything. Elaborate.
I understand when someone sends you flames after you sent them a nice review, but remember to take the critisism and not the harsh words. This could really be a great poem you know. Add situations, emotions, etc. ^_^ |
