Why does this make me think of a great aunt and my dog. Always fix

Okay, I was so blinded by tears I didn't see the submit review thingy. As life is begun, so must it end. It's the middle we are all concerned about... These two dearly beloved ladies are near the end of the middle... both have led long unselfish lives of service to others, lives to be revered. Nothing to be sad about, nature happens to us all. But how they will be missed! A pair of empty holes in our lives that we will have to try to fill with each other, I suppose. These two ladies will be in our hearts forever! Your poem is a truly beautiful thing...inspired by two two truly beautiful lives. A treasure it is.
