Nice! I really like it.

I really, really enjoyed this story! Very nicely written, only thing that irked me was the "interconnecting" bit at the beginning -- you ~really~ don't need the 'inter' there, it's a little redundant. The story itself was well paced and well written, and I'll admit it, I'm a sap -- I loved the (relatively) happy ending.

Does John really need to sign his own journal? That's more for a letter kind of thing, not a journal. I would get rid of that, it just seems awkward.

Anyway... Fantastic! You're a really great author.

Oh, this was great! Just the perfect length and sprinkled with all sorts of little goodies, like Mary's scar. I wonder if we'll ever get the story from her POV?
