It's 'paranoia.'

And it's not a bad poem. I know I might sound like a English Nazi when I say this, but you really need to work on your spelling. Some words I can understand not being able to spell; but I would assume that you would know how to spell "knife" and "glass." I also don't believe that in poetry, numbers should replace words unless that's the theme of the piece. Please don't be offended and again, this is concrit. Take it or leave it.
