Maybe because of Frey's confession, and how he wishes for something that probably wouldn't happen; maybe beacuse of your foreshadowing of Syd's deep feelings; maybe because of how in the end you mentioned how Buth and Reese are looking for the man who framed Larick. Maybe, because of the deep meaning in the words "Lone Heart", and maybe of the different meanings they could portray. Maybe, because of the way it sounds. But really, it's up to you to decide.
