This is great.

You know, I can't believe I've neglected this for so long. Your writing- whether prose or poetry- always makes me smile, and this one is just... too sweet. I can't even pick out a favorite phrase, but that last line- I love the negativity of it. That is, whenever people talk about a romantic special moment, it's always to the allusion that time stood still, and I love how this denotes the opposite.

I love it. The images inspired are amazing. Thank you, thank you, thank you for writing.
