descriptive yet captivating...

nice...

i used to catch caterpillars and keep them in my room,

not in jars or anything, just there,

so i could see them when they hatched

and turned into butterflies.

thinking about it now, i absolutely can not believe i did that.

it just seems so selfish to care about them.

but oh man, at eight years old,

i thought i was some kind of poetic.

i guess it is pretty poetic,

just a little self-centered.

i like this, btw.
