b 2008-05-14 ch 1,	abuseok, so she didn't realize who it was for way too long. but still! really cute, and the 'most creative plot' thing was well-deserved. i love how the story is also a small homage to literary greats and the importance of wit. congrats!
Dead Red 2008-05-13 ch 1,	abuseOk, long revie here - i think this story is incredibly well written, Abe is an incredibly relateable character and her little quirks make the story much more life-like, her bizarre thoughts are brilliantly amusing (eg. Paige the scribe), and the personification fo the dog is fab - almost more homely. I also think this could easily be made into a novel if it included more descriptions about leaving the notes for the others before Jack. I like the references to literature, TV etc, but be careful not to overuse. My only criticisms would be how rushed the ending is (I know it's supposed to be a one-shot, but this could become a truly amazing novel with a bit more development of Jack's character) and also that it's cliche plot contradicts the abstract title, as well as the quirkiness of the four main characters. However, all in all, a brilliant read, and very entertaining :)
