heyy, i can't wait for more! wonderful writing, love the characters. I was a bit confused as who is the lucky pirate to fall in love with deonna. Since the whole first chapter was an insight into Coulburn, I assumed he would be the lead. But I went back and looked at the dates, and I'm pretty rooted for Coulburn. He's pretty sexy + funny. =D Keep it up!
