I have to agree with Definition. Sounds like humor to me. Maybe you'd fare better if you switched genres to humor. I think you'd be pretty funny.

As for this uniting stretch of "I hate my life" in your poetry, how about you write a story telling us exactly what was so horrible because, in my opinion, nothing short of a lobotomy justifies this kind of work.

Also, why do you compare yourself to a possum? I mean, an ugly ratlike creature who plays dead and expells its bowels when threatened? Appropriate metaphor? Really? If you say so.
