This is absolutely stunning. Very poignant. As a lesbian, I can definantly relate to it. The line "It was as if I was kissing the barrel of a gun, armed and ready to blow me to pieces and end of silly existance once and for all" is beautiful. Wonderful imagery. Great job with this. Also, I like her decision in the end.

I love the summary, and I love this short piece even more. It’s so honest, and I can totally feel for the character. Some great writing here.

You seem to have a nice piece here. I really like how you have the inner turmoil of the character showing so clearly and your words at the beginning to eloquent, especially when they were describing your mc's feelings over love.

I think this story would be better if you didn't so abruptly end it. You use such beautiful words earlier in the piece, so it was sort of weird seeing the cuss word at the end, then just finishing it. Just a suggestion. Overall, it was nice, though. :)

First off, I want to thank you for your review. It made my day, lemme tell you. Sometimes, I want Emily to run into Tessa's arms and let them have a make-out fest too! Tessa's a real-life person, so I'll tell her of your praise.
Second, I LOVE this! It isnt fair. It should be more than just a one-shot. I usually hate one-shots cause their pretty pointless, but yours actually left me wanting more. The ending was a nice way to wrap it all up, though.
But you know that! You're the writer!
I like how desperately in-love you made Ai seem. It was sweet. And Maya, hoo-boy, she sure picked a perfect time to say 'I love you'. I hope you decide to re-consider this as a one-shot... Please?

Wow. I can't even describe the amazing-ness of this story. What the main character was feeling, her thoughts, emotions... wow. I can kind of understand what she's feeling. And the "they used to love me." part. I've always wondered that too. How parents could love their child seconds before the child tells them something important, then going and practically disowning them. They're still the same person as before...
But once again, awesome job. I really enjoyed this.

There aren't many shoujo-ai stories here and this is definitely one of the better ones. A definite favorite. I hope you'll read some of my works sometime.
