Oh dear, that is great. I am in love with the dialogue here. “Are you an Animorph?” I blurted. “Or… um, related to Mystique?” I love the allusions there. I'm tired right now, so I only skimmed this chapter, but what I saw was fantastic.

Hehe, this was a lovely beginning. I love how you've made Danielle, and that you did not make her a member of the clans who only just found out how oh-so-speshful she was. She's funny, and realistic while still being interesting. She's neither over the top nor boring. The part with Dylan describing the clans was the only really awkward part. That part just seemed a bit random. I almost quit reading, but then you made it interesting again and so I think I'll stick with this story.
