I'm not sure which is more fascinating: the sparrow flying with ease, or human kind evolving to be able to record it and expand on the idea in such a fantastic way as this.

A lot of things are undervalued, aren't they?

Men can think and ponder, write poems and lyrics with a flourish of the pen. We can sing and play music, build dwellings of marble and stone that can resist one hundred years of decay, pile technological advances upon technological advances. We can master the land, master the sea, we can even master the sky- but, whether we care to acknowledge it or not, even the smallest of sparrows laughs at our imitation of flight.

"To heighten the raven and preach the dove". I love it! Well done.

Hurray for an ode to the sparrow! On a serious note, your poem ran smoothly enough, the end was a bit abrupt though and you could have had a more solid pattern to your rhyme scheme. Just a few pointers, it was a nice read though :)
